1. Who we are
This website is operated by Vuk and Milica Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Registered business address: 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. For order enquiries, email contact@vukimilica.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to products purchased through www.vukimilica.com. By buying through the website, you confirm that you have read these terms and are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
3. Products
We try to make photographs, descriptions, colours, dimensions and other product information as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where a product has variants, the customer is responsible for selecting the required option before completing the order.
4. Prices and charges
Prices on the UK version of the website are shown in GBP (£). Product and delivery charges are shown before payment is completed. International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs or import charges that are outside our control.
5. Orders and contract
After successful payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment is unsuccessful, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken, the appropriate refund will be made.
6. Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe. You enter card details directly into Stripe Checkout; we do not store your complete card number or CVC. An order is treated as paid only once successful payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery
We send the order to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. More information is available on the Delivery & returns page.
8. Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases, you normally have the right to tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, and then a further 14 days to return it. Contact contact@vukimilica.com before returning anything. Where you return an item simply because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. Statutory exceptions may apply to certain products, for example made-to-order or personalised goods.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong product was sent, contact us before returning it. Where the return is justified, we will arrange the return or cover reasonable return postage costs in line with your statutory rights. A photograph may help us resolve the issue more quickly, but it is not a condition of your legal rights.
10. Refunds
If you return only part of an order, we refund the price of the returned products; the original delivery charge is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise. If you cancel the whole online order within the statutory cancellation period, we refund the returned products and, where required by law, our cheapest standard delivery option. Any premium or express supplement is not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
11. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. If we discover after an order that a product is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund.
12. Discounts and promotions
Promotional codes and discounts may have separate conditions, expiry dates or product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Statutory rights are the same for discounted products.
13. Intellectual property
Website copy, illustrations, design, photography, branding and original Vuk i Milica materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Buying a product does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially use this content.
14. Our liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will try to keep you informed and find a reasonable solution.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country that cannot be excluded by contract.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms available when you placed your order will apply to that purchase.
